A lot of people tell me that they don’t like buying stuff online because it means giving people on the internet your private information on your credit card or debit card.
Well, fear no more! I just came across a great solution with Obopay. It let’s you get a card you can use online without having to link it to your bank accounts or credit cards. You can even manage it from your Cell phone! (What can’t you do from a cell phone these days?)
It’s a pre-paid debit MasterCard. It was featured on Wall Street Journal and comes with $10 free when you sign up. Can’t beat that.

Yeah, sometimes it’s hard for me to understand… because I buy EVERYTHING online.
Hopefully, things like Obopay will help people who are more cautious than me

Hey,
I clicked on the Obopay link twice and both times got a ‘guess who’s looking for you’ site. Apparently, they’ll send a list of people compatible with me straight to my cell phone! Not exactly what I was looking for. Was there another link I was supposed to click on and didn’t?

The link goes to the home page, sure, but the $10 sign-up offer is there. It may not last much longer, but it’s there today.
